I really do truly enjoy reading them. Every once in awhile an issue comes out that is so great I just can't ever seem throw it away. It wouldn't be a big deal except that it seems like I move about every 2 years. Everytime I am struggling to carry an 100 pound box of magazines from my car up to my new apartment I swear I am throwing them out. But once I have them neatly organized in my closet, I just can't go through with it. Here of some of the issues I have hauled all over dfw.
Don't get me wrong, some of my favorite things are from jcrew and overall I really like the store. But I trulylovecrewcuts. Every time I go in there (which is often) I genuinely have to talk myself out of trying to squeeze into a size 14.
The H&M Garden Collection comes out this week and it's killing me that I don't have access to it. There isn't a store here and you can't shop online in the US. I still had to post it because I love it!
I basically have 20/20 vision, but have been looking for a reason to get a cute pair of glasses. Warby Parker is a glasses company that is set up similar to the shoe company Toms. For every pair of glasses you buy, they give a pair to someone. They have tons of cute styles and only cost $95 with or without a perscription.
I think I need a pair! You know just for work meetings and stuff.:) Images from here.
I was confused on the date and thought this came out on Monday when it was actually Sunday. So unfortunately by the time I got there most of it was sold out. But it was still cute, especially the pajamas.
I watched Food Inc about 3 months ago and it really didn't change my life the way I was hoping it would. The next morning I actually ended up eating a McDonald's sausage biscuit. But after watching Alicia Silverstone on Oprah I started visiting her website on a regular basis. I have decided I am really going to make efforts to change my diet. No immediate plans to become a vegan or even a vegetarian, but I am going to take steps toward a healthier eating habits by using her book.
Maybe its because I will always think of her as Cher, but she just motivates me.
