Since Monday I have been
trying to do my own version of the
Dr. Lipman Be Well cleanse. The only part I have really been
successful with is cutting out sugar, dairy, and almost all
caffeine. When I am done I plan on a diet of very limited caffine and sugar, but continuing to completely cut out dairy. Cheese and icecream will be hard, but I am very motivated after reading this article on Alicia Silverstone's blog. You have to read it when you get a chance.
