I am off work starting today until January 3rd and am so excited! I will be in Tulsa for awhile and then back in Dallas packing for our new apartment! I'll post more details after the new year.

Is it just me or does Jessica Simpson look terrible pregnant? She is too short to gain as much weight as she has and to make it worse her clothes are way too tight and her shoes are way to tall. Please stop dressing like you still have your Newlyweds/Dukes of Hazards body!

happy thanksgiving!

omg!!

So we went camping this weekend and got engaged! So shocked! Obviously we have known we were going to get married, but I really had no idea Nick was proposing now. It is pretty much impossible to surprise me and I have issues with surprises, celebrations, etc. So the way he did it was pretty much perfect for me. Low key, private, and involved Sprinkles cupcakes. Plus he was able to make it a surprise (which he really wanted to do) and I can still pick out the ring.

Also camping was shockingly fun! Way better then expected and we definitely want to go again.

new york trip?

Not only is Annie coming to Broadway in 2012, but it was just announced that Newsies is too! Omg! These are 2 of my all time favorite movies and I will definitely have to see them on Broadway!

camping!

We are going camping this weekend! Neither of us have ever been so it should be interesting. Since its the first time we are sleeping in Nick's car instead of a tent. Plus I am way to scared of kidnappers, crazy people, etc to sleep outside in the woods.

This Friday I am getting a much needed highlight and Brazilian blowout. I love this picture of LC so much I was thinking of finally trying balayage (I have been considering it for over a year) and going a little darker.

But then I saw this picture of Erin Wasson and Ashley Olsen (on the right) and decided I couldn't go through with it. So I am staying light, but definitely want to get my layers more like the picture of Erin.

rangers!

I am definitely not claiming to be a sudden sports fan, but I really want the rangers to win the World Series. It's no secret I love almost everything about Texas, but am not really a huge sports person. I hate the Cowboys, like the Mavericks, and love the Rangers. No matter how uninterested you are in sports you can't not like them. They are just so likable! I probably would have never started going if Nick wouldn't have taken me to a game for our first date. I kept going because I loved the food, but now I really love the team too. Here are a few pictures of my favorite player.
